Selah’s educational strand visits schools and colleges across the U.K and beyond. Our TIE shows target the current issues surrounding young people.

Our internet safety show, Logged Out, has just completed its 5 month tour across the North of Italy, in conjunction with ‘Action Theatre in English’ (Yr 5&6)

We are currently working on, It’s Your Move, a production about the challenges that accompany the transition between primary and secondary schools. Based around Scripture Union’s book, the show will be touring schools in 2017 and is available for booking. (Yr 6&7) For more information, see below.

‘It’s Your Move’ is a play about the transition that 11 year old’s face when they move from Primary School to Secondary School. Based around the book by Scripture Union, the play addresses the primary issues of decision making, peer pressure and being yourself , as well as some of the secondary matters such as homework, new clubs, teachers, uniforms, rules etc… The play aims to encourage students to start their new schools with confidence and excitement whilst raising awareness of some of the trials that they might face.

The show lasts approximately 45 – 50 minutes and is followed by an optional 45 minute workshop which unpacks the main themes through games and discussion.

A Theatre in Education Performance for Key Stages 2 and 3, Exploring Internet safety and false identity. The performance is suitable for years 6 and 7.

Bookings also include a teacher’s resource pack and post show workshop around the theme of Internet safety. Bookings can be made for half a day or full day within schools.
